The Royal Palace sits in the valley cradled by the Sapphire Mountains. There are beaches surrounding the island on all sides. The most famous beach is Crystal Beach (on the south east side). Azuria’s landscape grows the largest quantity of four leaf clovers in the world. They cover the land, growing similar to grass. Unicorns have to have a healthy supply of four leaf clovers to live. In Azuria, herds of Unicorns can be found feasting in the Lucky Clover Meadow just north of the Sapphire Mountains.

Yes! She received one as a birthday gift for her 8th Birthday. Her coat is as white as snow, so Genevieve named her Snowflake.

Are there dragons in Azuria?
Yes, but they usually don’t cause us any trouble, living peacefully in the Long Tooth Lair (at the northern tip). They can be tricksters though, causing some commotion throughout the land. There have been a few occasions where Prince Liam and his Knights have heroically “contained” one or two. Just like people you may know, dragons too can be disagreeable.

Meanings in Azuria’s Flag & Shield
White Sunburst in the center of the flag represents purity of heart and the land. It has been placed above the blue saltire (the cross or X”) signifying that purity of the heart and land prevail above all else. Found on the flag only.White Unicorn on the shield represents virtue, courage and strength. Unicorns symbolize purity, elegance and charm. They have the body of a horse, the tail of a heraldic lion and the legs and feet of a graceful deer. This symbol is in the very center of the shield because Azurians believe this to be a most important quality. Be true to yourself and genuine to others.
Azuria Blue saltire: The color of Azuria. Azuria comes from the word Azure, a brilliant almost sky blue. The blue saltire, signifies the loyalty of the Azurian people in their safe keeping of the Kingdom’s precious resources; its Unicorns and Four Leaf Clovers. Celebrates loyalty, truth, peace.
Yellow symbolizes wisdom. It is represented by a star on the shield. A Star burns bright offering hope even in darkness.
Pink symbolizes Love and Inner Beauty. Love yourself and others and your inner beauty and grace will shine outward for all to see. Represented by a heart on the shield.
Clover Green celebrates life and nature. Represented by the four leaf clover on the shield, the Four Leaf Clover represents perpetuity, continuing forever, much like the infinite sign.
Purple symbolizes royalty. It is the color of magic and enchantment, of which Azuria is very familiar. Appears as a crown on the shield.
Royal and Sky Blue surrounding the crest (or shield) represents the Sky and the Sea. Azuria is surrounded by these natural elements. Azuria is bordered on all sides by the ocean. Azurians respect the land and live in harmony with both.
“Ventia, Sapientia, Vires” Azuria, Latin for “Truth, Grace, Wisdom” is the motto of the Kingdom and the most cherished qualities of the people of Azuria.
